Today is Lil Wayne's 28th birthday, Lil Wayne which most people think just because he's behind those bars in jail isn't doing anything new, but today Lil Wayne releases his 8th album "I am not a human being". Once Lil Wayne is released he will start to record his 9th studio album Tha Carter IV.
