Yankees owner George Steinbrenner has passed away this morning after suffering a massive heart attack. George one of the most loved and hated owners in the MLB history. George owned the team since 1973 and during those 37 years of ownership the Yankees won 7 World Series titles and 11 penants. George will surely be missed R.I.P to a sports legend.
